Best / Cheapest way to get a Daylight-like effect?

Advice

I'm playing a Bramble Brewer/Barbarian multiclass at the moment, and I'd like to capitalise on the fast healing given by the mutagen to heal mid-combat (even though fast healing 1 isn't the greatest. It's mostly for flavour and fun):
In addition, the alchemist gains fast healing 1 as long as he is in an area of bright light (such as sunlight or inside the area of a daylight spell).
I'd prefer something that doesn't take too many actions to perform, so preferably not an Oil of Daylight, but I'll take it if it's the only option. Other options I've found are the Glorious enchantment, though I'd hate to waste a +2 enchantment on this, it's kinda pricey. Or the Radiant armour enchantment, though that's also pricey and costs an action to activate.
All options I've seen so far have been kinda pricey, so I guess I'll go with oils, but if you have any ideas, I'm thankful. Also, I'm obviously a Half-Elf, so no Aasimar SLA for me.

Another thing I'd like to do is making my weapon Called, since I have Throw Anything anyway. >_>
EDIT: Gah, stupid Reddit formatting. >_>

Go outside during the day?

I'd like to do it in-combat, it's not just to cheap out on healing charges from a wand.

An Everburning Lantern would work if your GM allows it.

Scarab Sages

The Celestial Totem rage power would work, but that is two rage powers and locks you out of beast pounce.

Sun-dried Lantern Lemons are the cheapest way, but they are inconvenient and a little silly.

Grand Lodge

Glorious Weapon Enhancement

Sunrod Equipment trick – twice as bright

If the daylight spell would work then use permanency and daylight on a marble or small rock and put it in a watch case. Swift action to open it, and you're surrounded by daylight
