What options exist for fear resistance/immunity that are equally available to characters of all races and classes?
Good examples: "Take the Fearless feat," "Buy a Helm of Confidence."
Bad example: "Be a samsaran paladin with three levels of Psychic Gunslinger and the variant Doomhammer archetype."
I'm looking for options that are race- and class-agnostic.

You could take Iron Will and Stoic. You can buy a cloak of resistance to boost your will save and band of the stalwart warrior looks pretty cool. Knocking frightened and panicked down to shaken is nice if you're worried about it. You can always cast remove fear. Works as a pre-buff or after the fact.
The Archives of Nethys search tool is very through, but you have to sift between things that cause fear and protect against it.
