Only way I know is by a summoner's evolutions or spells.
I custom built a Jotun (giant) bloodline for a player at some point and instead of claw attacks it had a slam attack. Eldritch heritage would be able to get you claws, your GM might not mind it giving slam instead even if it is only for a limited number of rounds per day.
Why would you need a slam attack if you don't mind me asking ?

I was looking for a way to make all of the emotional foci of the Spiritualist's phantom viable for the Id Bloodrager.

Druid's Wild Shape can allow you to turn into Plants such as Treants and Shambling Mounds that have Slam Attacks. Also, you can turn into Ellementals which also have Slam Attacks. Wild Shape mimics the spells Beast Shape, Elemental Body, and Plant Shape, which would be others ways to gain Slam.
Why would you need a slam attack if you don't mind me asking ?
If you don't mind my interjecting, when it comes to Natural Attacks, the more the merrier! Each new attack gets added to the rest in your Full Attack Action with no attack penalty, and with a little luck and planning, your character becomes quite the FedEx of delivering pain.
So, go for it: turn into a Shambling Mound; then drink an Alchemal Feral Mutagen; put on your Helm of the Mammoth Lord and Tentacle Cloak; take a level in White Haired Witch, a level in Warpriest, Weapon Focus Slam, and Martial Versatility Weapon Focus. Then cast Strong Jaw on yourself. Then slip into a suit of Spiked Armor...
Ohhh, dear...

A Greater Hat of Disguise can give you a slam by letting you turn into a sasquatch indefinitely.
If you don't want to lose your original form for some reason, Animal Totem Tattoo (ape) grants two slam attacks for 5 minutes per day.
Other than that, you can just use polymorph spells to turn into creatures with slams.

Ooh, I didn't realize that Apes and Sasquatches have Slam Attacks.
You can also Wildshape into a Gorilla and get 2 Slam Attacks.
You can also turn into a Sasquatch with a Monstrous Physique Spell.
If you turn into a Sasquatch, you don't lose any equipment.
Yeah, wow, 4 levels in Druid and Shaping focus will let you turn into a Gorilla and get 2 Slam Attacks and you White Hair Attacks. Drink a Feral Muatagen and also get a Bite and 2 Claw Attacks, and put on your Tentacle Cloak and Helm of the Mammoth Lord. Take 1 level in Warpriest, Weapon Focus something, and then Martial Versatility Weapon Focus. Take 2 levels in Ranger; take Improved Natural Attack, and then Martial Versatility INA, or just cast Strong Jaw on yourself.
So what's that?
Sacred Weapon 1d6
Size Large Gorilla 1d8
Strong Jaw: 3d6
1 Bite, 2 Claws, 2 Slams, 2 Tentacles, 1 Gore, 1 Hair Attack for 9 attacks/round that each do 3d6 base damage!
You could do something similar by turning into a Megaraptor Dinosaur, with 2 Talons instead of 2 Slams. I was thinking it might be better to turn into an Allosaurus, losing 2 attacks but making the remaining attacks to and extra 1d6. Tough call.
For turning into a Monstrous Humanoid, my instincts say 4 armed sahaugin with 4 claws instead of 1 slam and 2 claws
