You were not charged 4 times. What you are seeing are authorizations. Initially your card was failing the address verification system. Each time you attempted to place the order an authorization was sent to the issuing bank, which is us pinging the bank to make sure the card is valid. When they receive an authorization most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds. This can look like a pending transaction on your end and is what you are seeing. If not finalized (since those attempts were declined they will not be finalized) authorizations expire and the holds are released after a few business days. How long that takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.
