In the monthly subscription sticky, Sara Marie said to ping customer service if September orders hadn't shipped without knowing why. So ping. :-)

Hi Diego,

I just got my shipment notification, so thanks for the prod!

There is one thing that confuses me about the shipment. I have a shipping and handling discount of $8.11. That's different from the standard First Ten Shipping that I'm used to. Is there a nuance to the promotion that I'm not aware of? (Note: this isn't a complaint, just curiosity. $1.89 is well below the wiggle room in my Paizo budget.)

Hello Berinor,

You should have received the full $10 discount. I just took a look at it and it seems one of the not so good at math goblins was doing the shipping calculation! I have chased them away and adjusted it. You should be able to see a refund of $1.89 on the account for your original payment method as soon as you bank processes it.
