creating a new race "necro-faerie" little help required

i wanna make a new race for my character in the campaigne im playing and i wanna make it balanced enough for the DM's to accept

OK i lied i need more then a little help im starting completly from scratch so i need alot of help with this so far all i can think of is

ability score racial traits: +2 dex + 2 cha -2 con

size : small

type : humanoid undead fey

base speed : ? fly:40

languages : ?

immunities : ?

feats and skills racial treats : ?

magical racial traits : ?

offense racial traits : ?

senses racial traits : ?

alternate racial triats : ?

favored class options : ?

help me come up with ideas to fill in the spaces please and thank you once completed feel free to use the race

Is everyone in your run creating their own race, or are the others using normal races? If the former, how many RP did the GM allot you?

If the latter, you certainly can't be undead, that type takes 16 RP and normal races only have 9-12 RP or so. Go half-undead fey (5 RP and 3 RP respectively) and drop the humanoid type entirely, it's not going to do you much good.

Flight is incredibly expensive. (Personally I think all its costs should be cut in half.) Drop this part if you can bear to; otherwise resign yourself to being a crappy flyer. Unless the GM has allocated you a buttload of RP, that is.

Take the Dhampire a template and as your GM is it's ok for you to be a small creature. Forget about the wings.

Why would you ask that? Being Small is a standard option, and doesn't even cost any RP.

Because a Dhampir is not normally small and Laiho Vanallo is suggesting the character be a small Dhampir.

Oh, ok. By "template" I had thought LV meant "make something that is to fey what a dhampir is to humans." Thanks for clarifying.

originally he said keep it under 10 RP but its just not working out for what i want this race to be able to do so ive been told to keep it close to ten then once realizing the to get something to fill in each of those slots i need something for i noticed it will go well over ten so i told him id work on it for now and come back to him with it all its info and what each thing costs so he can make the finishing touches to nerf what he wants
