Prestige Class Requirnments

Looking through the organized play guide I noticed that the roleplaying requirnments for prestige classes have been waved. Can anyone link me to the actual reference the guide talked about? I haven't been able to find it.

The Guide is the source, not a reference. So for Organized Play, you can waive the roleplaying requirements of entry to a prestige class. Was there any questions about a specific prestige class or anything?
