Hello Silver Surfer --
You have a number of options. You don't have a profile stating what area you are in, but if there is an active PFS (Pathfinder Society) group in your area, that's a great place to start. Where I am in the Twin Cities metro, there are PFS events 5 days a week. You can game to fit your schedule and meet a lot of new people to boot.
If you don't have anything locally, you can also join a play by post campaign on the Paizo boards. I'm currently part of three PbP games and they're a lot of fun.

You can post your location or browse around for those nearby. Hope that helps!

The Gamer Connection Threads is a good start, though how useful it is would greatly depend on where you're located.
I'm a bit biased, but I'll second the "look for a local Pathfinder Society group." About two years ago I moved from an area with a fairly active amount of roleplaying groups to a place where the nearest gaming store is about 45 minutes away. I joined up with the Pathfinder Society in the area and have met far more local players than I would have otherwise.
