Hi Matt,
I have set the Campaign Setting subscription to be cancelled after Hell Unleashed, so that it cancels the Giantslayer Map Folio from the order. You'll get an updated order confirmation email soon.
You should be able to resubscribe through the site with the next Campaign Setting item you are interested, if you want to do that.
