TSR / D&D Celestials that Wizards of the Coast owns the rights too?

Can anyone provide a list of the Celestials featured in TSR/D&D that Wizards of the Coast owns the rights too? I'm especially curious about the Justice Archon, Tome Archon, and Throne Archon.

Since you posted this in the Rules Forum... Does that mean you are not asking someone to actually post the info, but rather are just interested in wether or not it were legal to do so?

I think paizo just printed up stats (etc) for a tome archon in the monster summoner's handbook. So, I'd say WotC doesn't "own" the tome archon at least.

Posting a stat block here would likely not be allowed.

I think the OP is just asking for a list of all the celestial (by name only) that did not transfer.
