I know this is a pre-unchained summoner, but my DM said the pre-unchained is ok! I found this summoner build and I can't figure out how you get 8, 9, or 10 attacks. Is there a rule written somewhere that I am missing that says you get one attack with each weapon you wield in a full attack action? I know the build has Multiweapon Fighting but I don't see how that grants the attacks. And the Eidolon gets a max of 7 attacks at level 20. I don't think Zenith games is lying, the comments are not saying anything about having more then 9 attacks, I am just missing something major.
Edit: I am ignoring the quadruped bite attack and speaking only of the falchion attacks.

The maximum number of attacks only applies to natural attacks. Using the extra arms to make a series of two-handed attacks is novel, but it would be more efficient making one-handed attacks.
It is actually a poorly designed build on a few points:
- Maximising Charisma is wasteful, you'll get better mileage capping Charisma at 16 and maxing Con. Few if any spells a summoner casts require a save as they are usually buffs, and the small amount of bonus spells aren't worth it.
- "Evolution Surge" is a useful spell line, but not to add limbs. Ideally, you should have maxxed your attacks anyway. This spell line is more tactical, with the ability to give your eidolon a useful movement mode, an immunity, or the ability to perceive the enemy.
- If the summoner is hanging back due to no Str or Dex, he needs to be able to cast "Invisibility" and should consider learning summoning spells too. That way your summoner can bring more attacks each round.
