A Lance multiplies damage by 2 or 3 with spirited charge, do you multiply things like precision damage or powerful charge, while charging with a lance?
and where in the rules does it specify the differences or connections between multipliers and critical hits.

It says right in the description of the feat you linked: "When using the charge action, you deal an additional +2d6 points of damage with a melee weapon on a successful attack. Do not multiply this damage in the case of a critical hit."
On a charge, add +2d6 to damage. Do not multiply the damage on a critical hit. Pretty self-explanatory.
Also:
Multiplying Damage: Sometimes you multiply damage by some factor, such as on a critical hit. Roll the damage (with all modifiers) multiple times and total the results.
Note: When you multiply damage more than once, each multiplier works off the original, unmultiplied damage. So if you are asked to double the damage twice, the end result is three times the normal damage.
Exception: Extra damage dice over and above a weapon's normal damage are never multiplied.
