Pending orders?

Hello I have a few pending orders. A few of the items in the order are in stock like the "Dungeon Crawl Classics" book but they haven't been shipped yet. Do these items get held until the other items are in stock?

Hi there!

Typically, an order will wait for delayed items so that everything can be sent out together. If you'd like, I can take all of your available items, put them into a single order, and get them sent out. Then I can either leave the delayed items as they are and they will be sent out when they come in, or i can put them into your sidecart to be sent out with subscription shipments as they are made available.

Just let me know which you would prefer, and I will go ahead and get started on that. If there are any other questions you may have, please don't hesitate to ask!

After doing a bit more digging, it looks like the only thing from your pending orders that is currently available to ship is: Wayfinder #9. Your sidecart, however, has a lot of items that are ready to go.

If you'd like, I can take the available items from your sidecart and put them into an order with Wayfinder #9 and get those sent out. Then for the rest of your pending items, I can either leave them as-is or move them into the sidecart.


Can you move all the available items to my sidecart to ship with my next subscription?


I was hoping the dungeon crawl classics books would be available to ship! They look awesome.

Hi Whitehowl,

Sorry for the delay! I've moved all of the pending orders into the sidecart, that way the items that are ready should automatically move into your next subscription order, and the items that are delayed will remain pending without holding any orders up. If there are any available items that you'd like to have sent out right away, just let me know and I can move them into a separate order.
