My player's catfolk oracle just leveled up to 13 and he wants to know some good feats to choose. He's playing a Strength oracle that uses a spear (not a longspear) and mainly casts summoning and buff spells.
He currently has Improved Initiative, Power Attack, Lunge, Nimble Striker, Spell Focus (conjuration), Augment Summoning, and Superior Summoning.
Maybe Battle Cry .
At that level the +1 morale bonus may already be covered, but if it isn't that is a nice little boost for a swift action. You buff all your summons with it if you summon them near you. And the save reroll can be a life saver.
Divine Interference (sacrifice a spell to help block an attack against an ally), Divine Protection (add Cha to ALL saves), Improved Counterspell, Quicken Spell (quicken divine favor).

Divine Interference (sacrifice a spell to help block an attack against an ally), Divine Protection (add Cha to ALL saves),Typically DP is taken at 5th level and DI at 11th level.
DI is considered both Cleric and oracle level 11 capstone feat.
I recommend picking them up as well as Quicken spell.

Steadfast Personality is also good for a high Cha character, but only after Divine Protection & Interference.
These are good suggestions, especially Divine Interference and Battle Cry and Steadfast Personality. He's considering Cleave and Divine Interference. He said Quicken Spell did not interest him because he didn't really any lower level spells he'd want to use up higher level spell slots for. I banned Divine Protection.
