From my google search. it looks pretty similar, maybe with a little less air inside of it. Thx for the idea Woran, now I have something new to try.

So, does that mean we can enchant a Doughnut Hole of Power, now? And does it have to have bacon? Or just confectioner's sugar, powered sugar, and maple syrup?
For me, though, it should be chocolate doughnut, chocolate glaze, and chocolate sprinkles. Is there a way to get more chocolate in there?
I recently made Nutela ice cream, it should be possible to replace most of the fat inside the doughnut with something like that. If you increase the size a bit, adding solid pieces of chocholate inside the dough should be possible... and not unlike a molten lava cake it would be glorious.

How about a new objective for the next set of cards:
"Share a box of doughnuts, berliner, Oliebollen, chocolate chip cookies or similar treat with your fellow players and the GM. If Mike Brook is present, you may substitute any of the items listed above for amazing beer."
At least this one. should not be subject to that much debate. ^^

Sebastian... on doughnut cooking (as I am somewhat of a baker myself) in the US there are several styles following styles of breads; yeast raised, cake(leavened), crueller, croissant, fritters. Most are fried but there are a few that are baked or pan fried in a mold(much like a waffle).
{I didn't include thing made with chou paste as they are a different beast, even though crueller is in there...}
I will say that one secret to great yeast raised doughnuts is to use instant potato flakes (or mashed potato) in the dough. You can write me if you need some recipes... there are many on the web.
so back to the pun... yes, JFK said it in 1963 and it has been amusing ever since. Also a "berliner" (or long john) in the US is yeast raised doughnut(donut) form, usually injected with lemon curd, crème patisserie, vanilla pudding(blanc mange/bavarian cream, etc). Personally I've always thought it referenced a ship (thus the Bismark name). So yes, it's not the pfannkuchen(literally pan cake) you'd see in Germany. Etymology is such a tricky thing in english... lol... Comics have been using the line for years as it's a good natured way to poke fun at authority figures...
as usual, Zon Custard (heavy french monty python accent) I thought was rather funny and more gorillian centric Glorianesque... ahh well...
