are their suppose to be 6 copies of this loot item? and if yes is it usable by all future character that play in guild content? or only by your next one.

There are as many copies as needed. Since 6 is the maximum table size, the assumption is that if a full party completes Season of the Shackles, then all six players get a copy.

That's why 6 copies of the ring come with the card set sold on DriveThruCards.

The answer to your question is in the Reward of the Season of the Shackles.

thank you, do not have the scenario with me, its at the store where we play. was looking at the drive thru print offer for season 0 cards and noticed it said all 6 rings

You can buy rings individually (though DriveThruCards requires a $10 minimum order)

6 rings is just for the person who runs; they could potentially get 6 people in their game running 0-6F and that would necessitate them giving 6 rings out

I think the assumption is that if you're running the scenarios for a group, you'd be handing out the rings to the players. Even though the cards belong to whomever orders the SotS card set, they can't all be used by him/her for various characters that will be playing SotR.*

*For each character that completes the Season of the Shackles, they would receive a Councilor's Ring that can be added to one character that will be playing Season of the Righteous.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

I just got in my SaS errata cards with 6 rings. They did a nice job.

nice to hear that :)

I want to confirm something. If i have completed season 0 and applied my Councillor's ring to a new character and that character dies. I can not now apply the ring to the new character starting Wrath correct.

That's my understanding, based on the text of the reward on the Season 0 materials. I believe it specifies "Select a character" playing Season of the Righteous. So you only get to use it once.

However, if you completed Season 0 with more than one official OP character, I would think you would get to choose one SotR character to get a Councilor's ring for each character that completed Season 0.

Correct, elcoderdude.

That is what I assumed. Thanks everyone.

Please note that you do not have to start with the Ring in your deck. The wording is that it is part of your Class Deck. So if you are unsure of your character's ability to survive early on in Season of the Righteous, you might hold off adding it in. (That's what I did.)
