parcels error, order 3462124

I'm sorry to come bearing bad news, but I just got hold yesterday of my parcels for the order 3462124 and it seems there's been a mix up. Inside there's no hero boxes#1 but there's pathfinder origins 1 and 2 :/

Ps: I can't find the order information page inside either
