Combat Expertise alternate prereq?

I could have sworn that I read something recently that counts as combat expertise for feats etc. Not finding it in a search Herolab or Archives of Nethys. Am I imagining such an ability?

Artful Dodge is Intelligence-based and counts as Dodge for prereqs, and lets you use Intelligence instead of Dexterity for feat prereqs.

I'm hoping something similar will be written for Combat Expertise. Seems like Paizo's discovered a way to patch these things without having to break the CRB.

The Stamina system lets you bypass the Int 13 requirement on Combat Expertise and a bunch of other feats. Is that what you were thinking of? ^_^

The brawler class counts as meeting all Int pre-reqs for feats. *shrug*
