I care nothing for card sleeves, but 159 double-sided...
You have to remember, there's a lot of different cards that use both sides.
Characters alone, base and add on deck you have 33 cards (Stat, role, and token card). Another 4 for Ekkie, you're at 37 already.
Assuming 6 adventures and a B adventure at 5 scenarios, that's another 43 (AP, 7 Adventure cards, 35 scenarios). Now you've got 80. Plus the corruption card, 81.
78 left, and locations are probably most, if not all. That's not bad at all. I feel like I'm missing a card type.

I'm just counting for WotR for now. Although now it really does bug me. No way we get 78 locations (we haven't had nearly that many before, have we?), so what else could it be?!?!
56 in RotR, 59 in S&S, I believe. 78 does seem a bit high.
Mythic Path cards should be double-sided; Cohorts won't be, since there are mechanisms for recharging those.

I'm at work, so card-less, but isn't it about 30 ships in S&S?
20. (19 from the fleet card and the Goblin Weidling promo.)
Ah Mythics, yes. So rounding up locations from earlier sets to 60, that leaves 18 cards. Let's say 8 Mythic Paths
There's 6 Mythic Paths, unless they're wandering farther away from the RPG than they have so far. There might be more than one card per path, either to expand on options ("Mythic Feats") or to let more than one character have each path.

In the intro blog where they started discussing Wrath, I believe Vic specifically said they weren't sitting at just 6 paths.
