Shipping Cost to Canada on AP Subscriptions

I had sent an email in and haven't heard back, hoping this might work.
looking for the estimated cost to ship to Canada for an AP Subscription.

The best way to determine the shipping and handling fee is to put a single copy of the AP (any volume will do, they all weight pretty much the same) into your shopping cart and go through the checkout process.

You will be prompted to enter your shipping information before you have to enter any payment information. This will display your various shipping options and their fees. You can assume that your regular subscription shipments will be close to this (less, of course, the subscription discount).
