Yep! The Campaign Setting book: Castles of the Inner Sea has a big write-up and even a sample dungeon level mapped out for exploration!

Also, if you have the Player Companion: Magical Marketplaces there is a write-up of a shop in Highhelm called "Earth and Ore Smithy" which is pretty neat. There's a couple unique magic items included in the write-up, role-playing hooks for the shop keeper, etc. Not nearly as cool as Castles of the Inner Sea but still worth it if you plan on spending a long time there :)
