Standard Action 2 attacks

Advice

Ok getting ready to run a home game and am thinking of adding in a house rule that any character with a B.A.B. of +11 or higher can make 2 Iterative attacks with a Standard action.

So basically a Full Attack would be the same as now but the more combat trained martials would get some mobility and not lose so much firepower.

What balance issues am I not seeing?

Pretty much none. It's a totally reasonable rule.

It may be an issue with ranged characters, as ranged is already pretty good.

I Think it sounds fine. Pehaps make not be the Best or pehaps it is the middel that you loose.
Edit: if you do this pehaps allow TWF guys to do th OFF hand trick as well at the cost of one of off hand attacks. Or Else this Will be yet another finger to TWF compared to THF.

Check out the new action system thread since that's basically how it works anyway.

TWF has a houserule that they can strike once with each weapon as a standard once they reach a certain BAB value. The BAB minimum is higher but there is no -5 for the second attack since it costs a feat to get.

Good point. I will note this is for melee only.
