I originally pre-ordered Pathfinder Unchained, but then changed it to a subscription. I just got the email saying that the ordered was finalized, but it didn't give me access to the PDF. Is this because the order was originally not a subscription?

It looks like the system got confused between the pre-order and the subscription.

I have poked around with things in the system, so the one that shipped should be the subscription copy now. You should have access to the PDF since that has been processed for shipping.
