Build Help- Warpriest using a weighted spear.

Advice

Ability stats are locked to this, I can't change them.
Str-16
Dex-14
Con-12
Int-12
Wis-18
Chr-7

Starting out at 2nd lvl.
I've the option to either playing a Human or Half-elf.
Main weapon is a weighted spear from PPC: Melee Tactics Toolbox.
Cannot use a shield.

I've Focus Weapon: At 1st level, a warpriest receives Weapon Focus as a bonus feat (he can choose any weapon, not just his deity's favored weapon).

What do you think would the be another good feat (or feats if I pick a human) to take?

Toughness. You need it if you're going to be a melee-er with a 12 Con.

Two-weapon fighting if you want to be able to use both ends of the spear at the same time.

If not, fey Foundling could be helpful (you'll be self-healing fairly often), Improved Initiative, or point-blank shot if you want to use missile weapons as well and leverage your relatively high Dex (for a warpriest).

Additional information that could help us give advice: What deity you're going to follow, and what blessings you're considering using.

Well, while weighted spears do seem like amazing double weapons (since they are simple weapons- everyone but druids, monks, and some casters get one)... I can see advantages in just using it as a regular double weapon.

Your single weapon focus gives you both a piercing weapon and a bludgeoning weapon. Nice for when you want a spear, but you also want to smash skeletons. I mean, stuff like the lucerne hammer also does that... but maybe you do not want to deal with reach, and think that the design is not fitting your aesthetic flavor.

You have great stats to use a reach weapon instead, and take combat reflexes. Overall you would be more useful, imo.
