PFS Barbarian / Druid Build Advice

Advice

I am trying my first "dip" and have a few questions regarding how the multi-class character works.

Concept: Shifting Druid with the ability to fly into a Rage.
First Level: Barbarian
2nd +: Druid

My questions revolve around the qualifications for weapons, and advice on Feats. As a Barbarian my available weapon range is much greater than a Druid, so once I take a level as Druid do I still qualify for the Barbarians weapons, or can I no longer use a Great Sword because my level in Druid does not allow it?

I plan on staying with "Light" armor so that I can keep my Fast Movement so the armor proficiency isnt a concern.

I am also curious on which early feats I should be taking that will transition well as a melee focused Wild Shape Druid. I am figuring I will generally focus on a flying animal, swimming option, as well as a couple land based options as my go to choices for shifting. I assume Power Attack is a solid option? Combat Reflexes? Anything glaring that I should grab?

As a Human I will have 2 Feats at level 1 so was considering something simple like Power Attack and Combat Reflexes, or perhaps Dodge for the AC? Can a Large Tiger use the Cornugon Smash feat effectively at mid levels?

Looking for advice!

Sovereign Court

My druid is 6th level, very plain yet terribly effective. Toughness, natural spell and power attack are great. As a part time barbarian, you can use a greatsword no problem, but stay away from metal armor.

You will run out of rages with but a dip, so get the extra rage feat. Plus planar wild shape I think it's called is really quite nice.

If you want to intimidate and use cornugon smash as a large animal, go for it. Just pack a decent intimidate bonus.

You could grab the sub-domain that gets you Rage if you wanted to and don't mind giving up the AC.

Yes, you keep your weapon proficencies when you change classes, just like you keep your rage and other class abilities.

Power attack is good indeed. Improved initiative will be useful for your career as well.

Take a look at Treantmonk's guide with attention to the melee druid section.
