awesome idea. I am all in favor of bringing more role playing to the table. The easiest way is to refer to the people as their character unless it's an obvious real world question such as "are we grabbing Chinese this week or Mexican or ordering pizza?"
I recommend checking out the players handbook 2 for ideas and sayings. I seem to remember reading under the clerics section about phrases like "Pelors grace shine upon you" or Pelors light shall burn the wickedness from your flesh.
You can come up with alot on your own too.
Bless is a simple "Silvanus we ask your blessing to be with us now.
divine favor- "Mystra grant me your divine favor as testament to YOUR will"
Shield of Faith- "Velsharoon protect me, let my faith in you shield me from harm"
Magic stone-" Silvanus let your power infuse these stones to better serve me as I serve your will"
I always encourage role play but remember your DM has to keep the game at a certain pace so please be mindful of that. also take a look at your group if someone with truly deep religious convictions looks uncomfortable it might be best to not do this too many times.
Other than that I'm looking forward to seeing some good RP ideas on here.
