[Flaming Crab Games} Summon Undead

Product Discussion

So you're an evil spellcaster, eh? I'm sure you've gone through the routine: You finally got high enough level to go to your local cemetery and make some friends, but you spent all your money on that new headband of intellect. So you've gotta deal with summoning a bear or a devil. Terrible, right? Don't worry, we've all been there.

And if you were to interview your local necromancer, I can assure you he'd say he prefers to summon undead much more than any other creature! Don't mind his maniacal laugh and black robes... he's a reliable source if you ask us!

Well, ain't it great we put this PDF together just for you?!

I wanted to point you folks over to our store where we just re-released Summon Undead, a compendium for undead monsters, summoning, and a new class (Undead Summoner, duh).

We're always giving away the first ten books, supreme quality full of art and info, working on our own projects, and calling out for yours!

We love all of you, but the real question...
What do YOU think of US?

Tell us about ourselves, our products, what you'd like, what you don't like and what you had for breakfast. We want to hear it!

This looks neat. I'll have to pick it up next week. Especially since I will soon be running a horror themed game.

I was lucky enough to pick up several Flaming Crab Games products for free thanks to the whole "first ten free" thing, because, hey - free stuff, you know? Why not take it? I was surprised by how much I loved some of the stuff, though - Cavalier Orders is simply fantastic, filled with evocative mechanics and some awesome feats. I'm particularly fond of the Luck, Black Rose and Claymore orders!

I quite like what Flaming Crab Games does, and while the archetypes are a bit hit-and-miss for me, the hits are amazing - solid mechanics that have built-in flavour, and which allow me to clearly envision using them in my campaign. So I always keep an eye out for the opportunity to pick up new products from FCG ;-)

Also, for breakfast I had Vegemite on toast and a cup of coffee with condensed milk, as an experiment.

Awesome! I hope you like it! It's a great villain book, actually!

Thanks for the kind words! Cavalier Orders is a book we're especially proud of!

I haven't had Vegemite in a couple years...maybe it's about time I pick some up!

If I wasn't on such a small budget (unemployment is no picnic), I'd buy all FCG products. That's how much you've impressed me. As it is, I'm a lurker and hoarder of freebies. I'm not proud of it, but eh. I'm planning on some reviews when I can find the time, at least.

I live in Australia, where Vegemite is practically a staple. Damn good stuff!

Just on skimming this is a fantastic resource - including the summon undead spells text and undead stat blocks is a welcome treat!!!

@Flaming Crab Games - I noticed a few errors/typos - do you want me to send them to you via email? I'd also like to send you a copy of my Ossuarite Base Class for you to compare to your Famine Druid...

How does this work? I just show up here and you give me a free PDF? All I have to do is tell a little about myself? I don't own any Flaming Crab Games stuff - yet - so I can't comment on them; but I've had a few cups of coffee for breakfast, as I work on some stuff I hope to get published. As an aspiring designer, I've submitted 20 items to FCG's The Dragon's Hoard project, and am really looking forward to seeing it in print!

Cheers,
Phil

Picked this up.

I like it. You guys really dug deep to get a bunch of undead monsters for the summon list.
