halfling assimar blood of angel

I was wondering using the rule in the blood of angel book would a halfling who has the assimar racial traits, would they count as small and get all the other halfling racial traits including the 30 ft movement speed. Its the rule in the sidebar on non human assimar.

They would simply count as a Small aasimar, and thus would indeed get 30 ft. movement speed.

They would be a small aasimar. All else would be unchanged.

Small size grants +4 to stealth checks, +4 to fly checks, +1 to attack rolls and AC, and -1 to CMB and CMD. Small weapons also have smaller dice values, but that's a minimal decline in damage.

But as a mouser swashbuckler would it be worth taking a halfling assimar to get the extra bonus' s and taking the dex/Cha assimar variant. Would they also get and extra 2 dex and lose 2 Str as they are small and the stats for the dex/Cha assimar are for a medium assimar not small.

I have another question about non human assimar if I was a tiny sized assimar would it get more then just the assimar racial traits as tiny gives a lot more then just what small gives, like a +2 size bonus to Dexterity and a –2 size penalty to Strength. Tiny races gain a +2 size bonus to their AC, a +2 size bonus on attack rolls, a –2 penalty on combat maneuver checks and to their CMD, and a +8 size bonus on Stealth checks. Tiny characters take up a space of 2-1/2 feet by 2-1/2 feet, so up to four of these characters can fit into a single square. Tiny races typically have a natural reach of 0 feet, meaning they can't reach into adjacent squares. They must enter an opponent's square to attack it in melee. Would they get all this as well as the assimar stats. Also if they have natural wings would they retain their ability to fly.
