Build that focuses on magic touch attacks?

are there any viable ones? I wanted yo make a Scar (full metal alchemist) or a Hei (darker than black) type character.
I looked into magus but would like to know if anyone had a solid build/class that would mostly utilize magic touch attacks.

Alter Self/Monstrous Physique. Troglodyte with Alter Self, then focus on 4 arm forms (Charda, etc...) as you gain access to MP.

Amulet of Mighty Fists.
Option for high dex builds...though str wins out later.

Trait down Frostbite, tack on Rime Spell metamagic. Frostbite levels up very nicely.
