Whenever I see an entry that looks like that, I give them the biggest benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was someone who is under 18 and excited to be entering along with dad, mom or another older sibling.

We also do have a lot of ESL entrants, among the notables - Christine Schneider, 2008 Champion from Germany and Jacob Trier, twice Top 16 contender who is Danish. I am certain there are others, but they are the two who I know the names of and their accomplishments off the top of my head, so please do not be offended if I do not know you personally. Every time I look at my keep items, I always pause on the one staff I saved in my new keep pile.

Such a low-powered thing, but so elegant I'd want to make a character just so they can use it. Bravo staff.. bravo.

Either a Paladin is going to buy it for waaaay cheaper than the price of a regular +5 XY weapon, saving him mega cash and canceling the items restrictions in pricing..

Or a Rogue or something will never buy it, and it sits unused in the book.

Unique ammunition I think is fair game. It was specifically mentioned siege weapons were technically allowed, though advised against.
