Being drunk makes reading easire, but hard to make decision final??/
fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
I've decided that DM's are tired of martials doing infinite damage, and thus use mages to thwart the players.
In turn, the players are incredibly tired of being thwarted by mages, and wish to flood the world with Spell/Mage Eaters/Breakers/Dooms/Curses/Undoers/Unravelers.

You cannot name an item that and expect me to vote for it, even if the context of the name isn't what I expected.

I had to read that twice before I realized it wasn't an erotic body part! Stick to common words people. Fancy words don't equal superstar.
Name makes me remember all those catholic priest jokes
Wow. Just ran into an item that uses a very similar concept to my own, but done in a different way. I didn't think someone else would have such a similar item.

Wonder if it was mine, I have a very specific idea and it has a bizzaro version from the same idea
How about armor that looks like a skeleton being made from real bone, they have rules for doing that.
I don't mind people pulling out the thesaurus for Superstar, so long as they use the word properly. I've already seen words used incorrectly in this contest.

That word, it does not mean what you think it means.

You know, if I were a purveyor of fine weapons in a fantasy world - I have decided it would be a purveyor of daggers... :P
I just upvoted a paladin weapon. Take that, other Jeff that hates paladins.
Hmm two sentence physical description of item, five spells, and a +2 skill bonus... You gotta give me a little more than that guy! Where is the flavor? Gimme some flavor!
Hmm referencing TPM is grounds for DQ, yes?
Third Party Material...
I think I just saw the most over-priced one use item I have ever encountered.
Ah. Yeah, you can't reference non-Paizo material, per the rules.
Obviously you missed the 1mil+ consumable from last year.
Yeah I never saw that one, although I bet it at least did something pretty awesome. This one was very vanilla.
That has got to be one of- if not the- most blatantly jokey items I've seen in RPGSS, ever!
I think I just saw Venom.
*twitch*
That word is not synonymous with that object. Stop it!

the bottom of the barrel voting hurts my feelings, what does it take for a guy to get some formatting round here.
We shall see who the evil Jeff is, paladins are just shiny zealots who liked to play football in High school, and their Int stats wouldn't let the into college.
DANG! Me thinks the villain in someone's home campaign was a bard.

heh heh - here's something new...
What I have learnt about today... Staves
I learnt that...
1 to 5 spells per staff, 3-5 seems to be a sweet spot allowing tight themes and designs... 6 or more starts heading into the realms of being a spell book as a stick.
Jeff Harris 982 wrote: We shall see who the evil Jeff is, paladins are just shiny zealots who liked to play football in High school, and their Int stats wouldn't let the into college. I didn't say "evil Jeff." I said "other Jeff." That's how I refer to everyone named Jeff who isn't me. It's to remind everyone who the original is.
Have we had a year in which there wasn't some kind of batrachian item represented?
I would hope not. Batrachians are awesome.
*sigh*
Good concept. Poor execution.
Ok you got the idea for that ring because of the Star Trek reboot didn't you
Are there aquatic gnomes?
Look it's Rukia's older brother's sword
Hm... this does the exploitable kind of thing, but I can't think of a specific abuse... reserved upvote...

Is it wrong of me to be slightly creeped out by some of these marriage items? They seem...overly clingy.
Once an item's formatting crosses the line from mediocre to bad, I stop giving it a chance. Just like you, little ring.
Finally! An item is called by an archaic term, and it is the correct term. Hat's off to you, designer of this item!

I really wish your creator would have checked that the rules elements you refer to even exist in Pathfinder little item. They do not. The door is that way, auto down vote for you.
*Sigh*
I hate these conversations.
Next!
Yet more tentacles. Chthulhu fhtagn!

Spoken like a true committmentphobe! :-) I discussed this with my partner of 16+ years. She and I both agree. Clingy and creepy. I'd go into more detail, but anonymity and all that.

Next year someone should make a divorce-themed item and get all the exasperation upvotes.

I wish that item didn't have a joke name. It's actually a really well-designed item.
