Kobold Press has a Shaman (renamed Spirit Shaman in New Path's Expanded), though it's more of a spontaneous druid.
Is there a way to make a shaman cast spontaneously instead of being a prepared spell caster?
Nothing that is written up, but it’s not difficult to homebrew. Just give the class the oracles spells known and spells per day table, with the spells from their spirit as bonus spells known. You can alter the casting stat if you want, but I’d leave it with wisdom.

Their spirit magic spells are spontaneous IIRC.
An oracle with the spirit guide archetype is kind of like a spontaneous shaman.

Uh, no.
A shaman can spontaneously cast a limited number of spells per day beyond those she prepared ahead of time. She has one spell slot per day of each shaman spell level she can cast, not including orisons. She can choose these spells from the list of spells granted by her spirits (see the spirit class feature and the wandering spirit class feature) at the time she casts them. She can enhance these spells using any metamagic feat that she knows, using up a higher-level spell slot as required by the feat and increasing the time to cast the spell (see Spontaneous Casting and Metamagic Feats on page 113 of the Core Rulebook).
Very definitely spontaneous casting.
