This is at the 14 day mark. Has shown "waiting on backordered products" for over a week. Sent an email on the 17th about shipping the non-backordered products separately, but got no response.
Your particular order is not actually affected by anything on backorder. The inventory for your order is good. The system is just not smart enough to differentiate that for orders that are okay.
This should probably be up for shipping soon. Most orders are stretching to the longer side of fulfillment times right now, because of the overwhelming volume of orders from the Great Golem Sale. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
