Barbarian Rage Powers and Feats

Assuming I have a barbarian with the Brawler Rage Power. Would this allow him to select feats with prerequisites OF Unarmed Strike?

"Brawler — Gain Improved Unarmed Strike while raging"

With this rage power could I now take improved grapple?

Yes. But you can only gain the benefits of improved grapple while you have improved unarmed strike. That is to say, while raging.
