I have two orders pending since earlier this month, sent two emails to customer service but no response.

Sorry for the delay in response to your emails, but we are still working on our inbox backlog at the moment and have been unable to get to it yet.

I've taken a look into your orders, and nothing appears to be wrong with them. They were just still pending because we've got so many Great Golem Sale orders to go through that our turnaround time for orders has slowed down a bit. I've combined your two orders into #3313542 and pushed it into the warehouse queue, so it should be able to get out of here a little more quickly.

While we do not have an exact estimate for when the warehouse will be able to get through it, they are working as fast as they can and will send you a shipping confirmation email once they have processed your order. If you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let me know and I would be glad to help out.
