After some digging, it looks like we have an inventory issue with one of the books on your order (it was not supposed to be backorderable, but the system got confused). Specifically, Qadira, Gateway to the East. This has been cancelled from the other and the rest of the order will ship as soon as possible. I've poked this from our side so that the order still retains the First Ten Shipping discount.
It looks like everything else is good and should be able to ship as soon as the warehouse gets to it in the queue. The warehouse does have a lot of these sale orders to process, so an exact shipping estimate is hard to give at this time.
