Crafting arrows with special materials

Rules Questions

I've poked around in search for a while now, and haven't really found anything, so I'm hoping someone here knows the answer...

According to the Core Rulebook (which is the only material my GM allows), crafting arrows is DC 12.

Is it any more difficult to craft arrows using Cold Iron or Alchemical Silver? I would guess not, since neither material counts as masterwork.

But what about Adamantine arrows? Is the DC raised to 20 in this case, since all Adamantine items are of masterwork quality?

How does this interact with the crafting rules, which normally craft the masterwork portion of an item separately? Do I
A) Craft the entire arrow as DC 20, or
B) Craft the arrow in two parts, like normal masterwork items, noting that 6 gp of the 60 gp per missile cost of Adamantine is used for the masterwork portion?

they would cost more because crafting is based on the price of the product you're finishing.
alchemical silver and cold iron arrows aren't that much of a cost increase ( +2gp for silver, +1 silver for cold iron, or +1 gold for a quiver of cold iron arrows. )

adamantine or mithril arrows would cost more (based on 60gp for an adamantine arrow, dunno what the weight on a mithril arrow is ), it wouldn't adjust the DC afaik , just increases the cost. But I haven't used the crafting rules in so long now.

If you really follow the rules, you make it for 1/3 the price in the base time, but only if you beat the DC by enough. Otherwise you can fail your craft check, and have to invest another 1/3 cost, and make the check again. Seemed like a bad mechanic, as the end result can mean you don't even craft the base item for less than half the cost.
