Will S&S #2 be shipped this month or is it delayed?

It's not delayed. It's just shipping as two separate packages. In this case, it looks like it is cheapest to ship this is two tiny boxes going standard post, rather than other methods. The warehouse is shipping stuff out as fast as they can, so you should see a shipping update on the second package anytime between now and next Friday.
