Help: can't remember this arrow trick

Advice

I'm building an Archer for a short-term intermediary campaign. We've been encouraged to min-max, so I'm doing my best. One thing I'm getting stuck on, though, is this:

Shoot a slaying arrow (or any arrow, really). At the beginning of your next turn, the Slaying Arrow appears in your quiver.

I definitely helped a friend figure this out for a character a while ago, but I can't figure out how it's done again. I checked for magical quivers and weapon enchantments, but I'm coming up empty handed. Can someone please help me?

The Conserving weapon property sorta does this on a missed shot. There's no delay.

Might be worth it if you are firing off a ton of Slaying Arrows.

Abundant Ammunition automatically refills your quiver, but only for non-magical arrows.
