Prone and CMD

Silly question I guess, but do Prone penalties affect a target's CMD?

I want to create a Maneuver Monk with Binding Throw.

Prone specifically applies to AC and attack penalties. While I don't think it'd be unreasonable to apply some penalty to CMD, as it is written, nothing applies.

Any penalties to a creature’s AC also apply to its CMD.
