My PFS GMs haven't reported my games... should I worry?

Pathfinder Society

I played a couple PFS games back in 2011 and those sessions show up under my character when I click "Sessions". I then went about 3 years during which I didn't play any PFS.

For a recent convention (Pacificon) at the end of August 2014, I remade that character (new name, new class, everything), since it looked the PFS rules allowed me to substitute my character so long as I was still Level 1. I then earned 9 XP over the course of the convention (I played 1 scenario and part of Emerald Spire!).

None of those sessions from Pacificon are showing up when I click "Sessions". Is it because I changed my character? Or is it just that it usually takes a while before GMs report their sessions?

And do I need to even worry about this? Am I okay just bringing my Chronicle Sheets wherever I go in case a GM wants to check on my character?

It typically takes a while to get stuff from conventions reported depending on the number of tables ran. It's pretty tedious to report sessions.

But regardless of whether that gets reported online, the physical chronicle sheets are proof that you played so long as they are filled out and signed by the GM who ran your game.

You should be fine. Just don't lose the sheets.

Thanks. I'll make backup copies, too...

There are some GMs who never get around to reporting. Paper chronicles are key.

I have two scenarios that have not been reported yet for my -1 character. It's the first and second scenarios I ever played so they're pretty old (a year or so). Is there anything that can be done about that? I didn't realise it until now since I haven't played my -1 since he hit 12th.

I have entered the first 3 slots for Pacificon so far. The rest will come soon, never fear. I will post a message on these boards and on the BAPS (Bay Area Pathfinder Society) Yahoo group to say they are all done and to let me know about any errors (handwriting can be tough to read sometimes).

Unfortunately work has interfered with my ability to get them entered faster.
