I am trying to wrap my head around an idea a friend had while theory crafting and was trying to find a way in a PFS legal way to tell him "NO!!"
When a shadowdancer progresses with their BAB to the point where they would get +6/+1, does that mean that their shadow companion ALSO gains a second attack to do STR drain? Does Haste or Blessing of Fervor stack with that?!

It does. But there's ways to work against it. Throw creatures immune to strength drain against him occasionally (but not all the time; don't punish the guy for picking a class you weren't prepared to deal with). Undead, for example, are totally immune to the shadow's touch, and readily available with tons of options to choose from.

The Haste and Blessing of Fervor would definitely grant the Shadow an extra attack, but it seems to me that a touch attack like that a Shadow has does not get any extra attacks from a high BAB, as I think it is a natural attack. I'm basing this on the fact that a Greater Shadow has a +6 BAB but still just the one touch attack.

I think you are right.
