Simple enough question: Can an Investigator with the Effortless Aid Investigator Talent use his standard action, his move action and his swift action to aid the same check?
Now it might not seem like much, but if an investigator is in a party with a sorcerer with the accursed bloodline or a witch with the coven hex, they can use aid another to modify caster level.
If you take the traits to to attempt to optimize aid another
such as aid allies +1 to aid another, the helpful trait +1 to aid another, the helpful(halfling) that is +2 to aid another, and the fools for friends campaign trait for another +1 to aid another.
That's a +7 aid another bonus.
Now I know its is involving a specific party combination to pull this off but if you have an investigator 3/witch 1,sorcerer,1 or hexcrafter magus,
you could potentially add up to +21 to another spellcasters caster level if they have the coven hex at level 4.
So I think its a good idea to have this issue clarified, or am I missing something?

I think the main thing to remember is the rule that, while Aid Another bonuses form multiple sources (other PCs) can stack, bonuses from the same source (one PC) cannot stack.
That isn't to say that you couldn't use your Aid Another ability to bump both your ally's To Hit with one of them, and his AC with another, and maybe his Intimidate with the third...

Aid Another
In melee combat, you can help a friend attack or defend
by distracting or interfering with an opponent. If you’re
in position to make a melee attack on an opponent that is
engaging a friend in melee combat, you can attempt to aid
your friend as a standard action. You make an attack roll
against AC 10. If you succeed, your friend gains either a
+2 bonus on his next attack roll against that opponent or
a +2 bonus to AC against that opponent’s next attack (your
choice), as long as that attack comes before the beginning
of your next turn. Multiple characters can aid the same
friend, and similar bonuses stack.
You can also use this standard action to help a friend
in other ways, such as when he is affected by a spell, or to
assist another character’s skill check.
I think it is ambiguous enough to need clarification, Is a PC's seperate aid another attempts similar enough to stack with themselves on another PC's attempt?

Not ambiguous. Bonuses from the same source, even if that bonus can normally stack, cannot stack.
Even though they are different Aid Another actions, they are still Aid Another bonuses from you, so they will not stack.
Aid Another bonuses from different sources, meaning different characters, will stack.

Splendor |
The important aspect of bonus types is that two bonuses of the same type don't generally stack. With the exception of dodge bonuses, most circumstance bonuses, and racial bonuses, only the better bonus of a given type works. Bonuses without a type always stack, unless they are from the same source.
Effortless Aid (Ex): The investigator can use an aid another action as a move action instead of as a standard action. An investigator can expend one use of inspiration to instead perform an aid another action as a swift action.
I would say that the investigator could use the aid action on a person more than once, but each use would have to aid in a different way.
1) Add +2 to hit.2) Add +2 to AC.
3) Add +2 to skill check.
4) Other (like helping someone disbelieve an illusion)
But you could only add each one of these three to the same person once per round because otherwise its a untyped bonus from the same source.
