What rate does the Warpriest's channel engergy gain extra dice?

unless I'm reading it wrong the Warpriest does not specify what strength their Channel Energy starts at, or when it gains extra dice, was wondering if someone could enlighten me.

(also if you read it the Warpriests Channel Energy refers to the Priest as a "Cleric" several times, Ctrl+C anyone?)

It uses the same dice as your Fervor.
