Feat and Feat Requeriment.

I’m sure this question was asked before, but I could not find in the Rule thread.

My doubt is this:
Can you get Two Weapon Feint and it’s feat requirement, Combat Expertise in the same level?

To illustrate better, there is the actual situation:
A level 3rogue/level 1sorcerer just got to level 5.
She picked up one more rogue level and as rogue talent, she selected Combat trick. The bonus combat feat selected was combat expertise.
Her level 5 feat selection was two weapon feint.

I do believe that the bolded part shows that you can do what you described. Combat trick is a class ability, which would resolve before you start to take feats and thus you qualify for the second feat before getting to the "select feats" part of leveling up.

This does mean that you couldn't take two weapon feint with your bonus combat feat, because that is taken BEFORE your regular feat.

And I'd also like to state that this is how I understand RAW. I would personally allow this in any order.

Yes, you can take a feat and it's prerequisite at the same level. So, for example, if you were taking a feat with requirement of 3 ranks in Acrobatics, you could put those 3 skill points in when you leveled up, and grab the feat at that same level.

The same rule does NOT work for prestige classes, though.

Yes. You can. Relevant text in the PRD:

Some feats have prerequisites. Your character must have the indicated ability score, class feature, feat, skill, base attack bonus, or other quality designated in order to select or use that feat. A character can gain a feat at the same level at which he gains the prerequisite.
