I am staring to get VERY frustrated with your billing system. If I make JUST a PDF purchase, everything goes through just fine. When I try to order physical products, I have been getting declined.

Sorry for any inconvenience. This looks like it's related to a bug on our side that's been popping up on new subscriptions (the tech team is looking into it). In the meantime, I have poked things for your account, and it looks like all should be well now.
