According to the tracking number my order arrived in Springfield, MA on July 18. That was more than a week ago and I still haven't gotten it yet. It shouldn't take this long to reach New Hampshire. I was wondering if you had any way of telling where it is. I am really looking forward to these two books.

I was wondering if you had any way of telling where it is. I am really looking forward to these two books.
1) There is no additional tracking and Paizo doesn't know where it is.
2) Until last month, UPS-MI would send my subscription thru Windsor CT and it would arrive usually 3 or 4 days after that to Poughkeepsie NY. Last month and this month, mine also went thru Springfield MA and it took 15 days to get to me last month. *sigh*
3) The July 18th date, same as mine, was not posted till July 23rd, so I think either UPS-MI, or UPS messed up, but I am not expecting delivery till early August.

It looks like, as sometimes happens, the tracking information got dropped when the package was transferred from our mail courier, Mail Innovations, to the post office in Springfield, MA. Unfortunately, as Papa-DRB state, there is no additional tracking information available to us either.
That said, the confirmation email for your order states that this package has an estimate of 4 to 8 business days in transit. If it take the full estimate to arrive, today would be 8th business, so hopefully it will show up soon!
Please keep in mind that the post office can experience delays for various reasons, so it is possible that it may take a few days beyond the original estimate to make it to you. If you haven't seen it by the end of this week, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do.
In the meantime, as these are subscription items, you should also have access to the PDF versions on your My Downloads page, so hopefully those can help tide you over until the post office can get the physical copies to you!
