So, I left a similar question in the rules question section, but it never got answered. So, I'll try it here.
So, I play a Beast Rider Cavalier, which allows me to get a new mount each level. I'm currently only level 2, so I still have a wolf (I'm a halfling), but someday, I want to get a dinosaur or turtle or something. I was hoping to give it a turtle build, making it remarkably tough, but a tad bit slower. A wolf isn't a outfitted for this.
So, now we get to my question: since I get a new mount every level, can I outfit my wolf with certain feats, and then put different feats on my mount at level 4?
Thanks guys!

Yes, but for PFS remember you need to retrain the poor critter every time you acquire it. It will start with its bonus tricks, and then once per session you can try to retrain the new guy with a number of tricks equal to your ranks in handle animal
Beast Rider's mounts always get Endurance as a bonus feat, and start combat trained.

OH wait! While I'm here:
Do you think a Worg counts as a Wolf for the purposes of Order of the Paw cavalier?
I originally wasn't gonna play it, and I probably still won't, but if I can get something awesome like a Worg using the Monstrous Mount Feat from ISC, I might reconsider it.
Actually, what does count as a wolf/dog?

The Beast Rider Feat shows a required level of 7 - how do you get it at 2nd level?

Beast Rider is also an archetype, which is what he's referring to.

A dog is a dog and a wolf is a wolf.
Please see this FAQ for PFS regarding reskinning animals.
If an animal companion or mount has its own stat block, it doesn't count for any other stat block even if they are in the same family for biological classification purposes.
For most cavaliers, taking the Monstrous Mount feat (and being True Neutral) would allow them to take a Worg as a mount, however the Order of the Paw is a little unique in that they are actually required to use a dog or wolf as part of their edict class feature. You could still do it, however you would be in continual violation of your edict and never get the additional benefits to the challenge feature normally granted by the Order of the Paw. That's the only mechanical effect but it's against of the spirit of the order.
edit: I went back and re-read all the posts and the Order of the Paw again. You really should change orders if you actually want to make use of the Beast Rider alternate mounts. The Order of the Paw is set up specifically for dog- and wolf-riding halflings. In fact that's the requirement to join the Order. I know it doesn't say "you must leave the order if you gain a mount that is not a dog or wolf" but it really is against the spirit.

I would allow a Worg with order of the paw.
I mean a Worg is just the magical beast version of a Wolf.
That might be a fair house rule for a home game, but this is PFS; Order of the Paw specifies you must use the Dog or Wolf animal companions, so those are the only two valid choices in PFS.
We have to stick to RAW; we don't get to make "close enough" judgements.
