Spontaneous spellcasters can only select spells that they have prepared that day using non-spontaneous classes for this ability, even if the spells have already been cast. For example, a cleric/sorcerer/mystic theurge can use this ability to spontaneously cast a bless spell using a 2nd-level sorcerer spell slot, if the character had a prepared bless spell using a 1st-level cleric spell slot, even if that spell had already been cast that day.
Which spells would he be able to cast using this ability if no class offers prepared spells?

That whole thing after all was talking about specifically when a spontaneous is taken with a preppared.
First notation: the first paragraph says "prepare or cast" so still valid if your gm doesn't think Sorc/Oracle prepare.
The first block doesn't make mentioned of spontaneous or non spontaneous. So that applies to any combination at all. Simply "prepared or cast" (see above)
The 2nd bit is talking specifically about a prepared and a spontaneous combo. Your not that combo therefor it doesn't touch your build.
It doesn't mention prepared and preppared or sponetaneous and spontaneous. there ful they don't have any specific restrictions to it. Therefor they follow the first paragraph.
Thats how I, my gm/coplayer read that. two seperate paragraphs, and the 2nd one mentions specific occurance (which was the norm at time of writing but is no longer the norm,so it's a specific case. Would even apply to a wizard+oracle. not just cleric+sorc)
Now this build is going to seriously suffer from spell level loss, Unless your allowed to use the early entry tricks

I'm pretty sure this was Faq'ed since it was written when the only divine casters were prepared.

So yes, sorcerer/oracle theurges can indeed use combined spells to cast sorc spells with oracle slots and vice/versa. FYI though the later spell level gain that oracles and sorcerers have makes this a tough class to work with, even with early entry.
