I read the GM says GM means thread, now its time for the GMs to fire back.
Player says "Do you allow 3p material?"
Player means "Do you mind if I break the game with ridiculous combos?"
Player says "Can I be evil?"
Player means "I totally just want to screw with the other players"
Player says "Can my girlfriend play?"
Player means "Can you explain every aspect of the game in detail every session until she gets frustrated because she can not grasp the very rudimentary concepts of the game and when leaves can I blame you for it?"

Player says: "I open the door."
Player means: "I meticulously search the door and surrounding area for traps and or any abnormalities, oil the hinges so it doesn't creak, pick any lock, and stealthily open it in a way that somehow prevents occupants in the next room from seeing the door as opening."

Player says "I want to play something that Paizo hasn't'/can't cover. Have a look and tell me what you think?"
Player Means "No, really can I please break the game? I mean sure there are thousands of potential characters I could make with all the Pazio stuff that's out there, but this monk that can turn into air as an immediate action really speaks to me."

You already vented with your first post. Talk to your players.
I'm a big fan of using lots of 3p stuff(PF is just a 3p houseruled D&D 3.5e), and have very rarely ran into this thing you're obsessing over. Get it together and talk to your group.

Every player is a little different, and some of 'em have different ways of "doublespeak" than others if they have it at all. So take mine with a grain of salt, because mine are based on personal experience with specific players.
Player Says: "I can look up that rule for you!"
Player Means: "I can read the rule aloud for you in a way that spins the interpretation in my favor!"
Player Says: "Does this city have magic shops?"
Player Means: "Does this city have a self-service kiosk that sells every magical item listed on d20pfsrd?"
Player Says: "Can I be a (Obscure and/or Third Party Class) (Obscure and/or Third Party Race)?"
Player Means: "My character has no personality, but I'm trying to mask that with weird crunch."
Player Says: "Have you ever heard of the Book of Erotic Fantasy?"
Player Means: "I'm going to make sweet love to your NPCs"
Player Says: "I'm going for an evening stroll"
Player Means: "I'm a Dhampir who dines on human blood, and I'm keeping my habit a secret from the party by roleplaying these meals out with the GM via passed notes."
Player Says: "That's how it was in 3.5!"
Player Means: "Not only am I going to argue with you about the rules, but my arguments are going to be based on a different system. I'm literally the worst."
Player Says: "Don't worry about it..."
Player Means: "You have one round to prepare for me annihilating this encounter, blowing up everything on the map, and/or derailing the campaign."

Sexism? Girls play the game, we enjoy the game, we CAN understand the game. We don't need mr boyfriend to hold our hand and explain over and over how to play our own character...

Sorry I forgot to make my joke Politically Correct. Significant Other. Is that the right words?

Here, I'll play along:
Player says: I put ranks in Perform and can do tricks and stuff in town during downtime.
Player means: I will spend every session in town making Perform checks for spare coins, instead of adventuring with the group. Any attempt to get me join up with the group and go adventuring is infringing on my concept.
Yeah, that happened in a game before. Player rolled up a non-adventuring adventurer.

Player Says: "I search the magic shop for a Bag of Holding!"
Player Means: "I'm probably going to ignore the bag's weight and space limits."
Player Says: "I'm Chaotic Neutral!"
Player Means: "I'm probably going to roleplay whatever I want without having motive/rationale/reasoning behind what my character does!"

Before GM outlines game concept:
Player says: I have this great character concept with really cool backstory.
Player means: I'm going to ignore your campaign concept, setting, and the other PC's by creating something that may (or may not) fit in with whatever is supposed to happen in this game.
Player says (whines): I'm just playing my character!!!
Player means: I'm being a jerk, I know it, you know it, everyone else at the table knows it. But I want all of you to let me get away with it because I'm role-playing.
